Founder & CEO
Dominique Revan is a fourth-year medical student at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine. She is an alumna of Pepperdine University, where she majored in Hispanic Studies and studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina for a year. She founded Stay Ambitious Co. in order to celebrate and empower women of color and to offer mentorship to URM. Dominique believes that being ambitious is far more than just having big dreams. Ambitious women envision, execute, and EMPOWER. Her intention with this brand is to break down barriers and increase representation in all areas. As an aspiring dermatologist, Dominique is determined to reduce the access gap and health disparities in the field. Outside of medical school, Dominique loves to work out, travel, and bring value to social media.

Michelle Amankwah is a fourth-year medical student at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. She is an alumna of CUNY Hunter College, where she majored in Biological Sciences. Between graduating college and starting medical school, she was a Kindergarten teacher at a Quaker school in NYC. Michelle is passionate about mentorship and working with URM students in achieving their dreams. Upon entering medical school, Michelle met Dominique where she joined Stay Ambitious Co. to collaborate and celebrate women of color. As an aspiring physician, Michelle aims to advocate for underserved communities through medicine by providing equal and quality healthcare access for all to help eliminate disparities in healthcare. In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
